  scotch-mount ? double coated polyethylene foam tape 9546 product data sheet updated : august 2001 supersedes : new product description polyethylene foam coated on both sides with a modif ied acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive. physical properties not for specification purposes adhesive type modified acrylate foam core closed cell polyethylene foam thickness 1.15 mm release liner siliconised white paper density 67 kg/m3 tape colour white shelf life 12 months from date of despatch by 3m when stored i n the original carton at 21c (70f) & 50 % relative humi dity performance characteristics not for specification purposes 180 peel adhesion to stainless steel (finat- tm1) one s ide reinforced with pet film. 20 min dwell 24 hours dwell 18 n/25mm* 18 n/25mm* cohesive failure static shear on stainless steel (finat- tm8) one side reinforced with pet film. at 23c at 70c > 150 hours > 30 minutes temperature performance -40c to +80c (short term 90c)
